We will try to collect as much information as possible about the case from your office in that way we can determine

• Is the diagnosis on this case straightforward? If yes we can schedule the case to be completed in one visit? (Patients really appreciate only having to take one day off work.) If not we might have to schedule the patient for a consultation first
  
• Can we give the patient a reasonably accurate estimate over the phone? If not we might schedule the patient for a consultation first.

Occasionally we may request you send us a radiograph before we see the patient
